Biography

He received the B.E. degree in 1999, the M.E. degree in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree in 2004/03 from Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan. During 2004/04 to 2007/03, he was a Research Associate, and During 2007/04 to 2015/07, he was an Assistant Professor at Department of Media Informatics, Faculty of Science and Technology, Ryukoku University. From 2015/08, he is an Associate Professor at Academic Center for Computing and Media Studies, Kyoto University. He has been working on speech recognition and understanding. He is a member of Acoustical Society of Japan (ASJ), Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ), Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE), and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
